The Grain Escape

Inspired by the empty/ignored spaces in the library.
We wanted to makeĀ  it something that people noticed again, that became an escape from the library, that is in the library.

When asking what people wanted the most when they were spending long periods of time working, they wanted food and drink. So our inspiration came from Hunt and Darten’s work where we will create a cafe in the library where there will be no monetary exchange but the ‘customers’ will supply us with currency of their time for chatting and creating a personal experience for them.
